    Description

    Bought these in a misc lot recently, and unfortunately there was nothing in the lot that would help me ID who the fellow was.  There were some F-4 related patches (I have/had those up in separate auctions) so undoubtedly this guy was in VN in F4s. Shame about the lack of ID but, it is what it is!
    No condition issues with the rack, the patch and wings do appear to be uniform removed.
