    FR.192b 1864  Compound Interest Treasury Note Colby/Spinner
    This is an incredibly rare type note.   There are only 18 known in the current census.  These notes were like mini bonds.  They accrued interest for three years after the issue date but they circulated just like regular paper money.  was a lot of money in 1864 so not many were issued.  This note has some minor restoration.
