    FR.192b 1864  Compound Interest Treasury Note Colby/Spinner
    This is a very rare Compound Interest Note.   Not many denominations survived and there are only 18 known.  This note still retains much of it's bronzing.  It does have some professional restorations as mentioned by PMG.
